FAST-NUCES aggregate (Computing & Business)
National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES) · BS Computing (AI, CS, Cyber Security, Data Science, Software Engineering) and Business (BBA, BS Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics, FinTech) · Fall 2026
| Part | Weight | Usual total |
|---|---|---|
| Matric / SSCSSC / equivalent | 10% | 1100 |
| FSc / HSSCHSSC / equivalent (Part-I if Part-II not available) | 40% | 1100 |
| Admission testTest score as percent; enter on its own scale | 50% | 100 |
Eligibility minimums
- Matric / SSC: at least 60%
- FSc / HSSC: at least 50%
Good to know
- Applicant selects one test option: FAST-NUCES test, SAT, or NTS NAT (Computing: NAT-IE/NAT-ICS; Business: NAT-IE/ICS/ICOM/IGS). HSSC marks used: Part I+II, or Part I if Part II not available, or IBCC equivalence of A-level, or of O-level. Computing requires Mathematics at HSSC (pre-medical with additional maths accepted per page note). Merit cut-off determined by the university.
- FAST does not publish program-wise closing aggregates on nu.edu.pk.
- Engineering uses different weights (see fast-nu-engineering).
Worked example
Matric / SSC: 1000/1100 = 90.91% × 10% = 9.0909; FSc / HSSC: 990/1100 = 90% × 40% = 36; Admission test: 60/100 = 60% × 50% = 30. Aggregate = 75.0909%.

Eligibility minimums
- Matric / SSC: at least 60%
- FSc / HSSC: at least 60% (Pre-Engg or ICS (with Physics, Maths))
Good to know
- NTS tests 'from specific universities' not accepted. Same HSSC-marks rules as fast-nu. Merit cut-off determined by the university.
- Engineering weights differ from computing/business at FAST.
Worked example
Matric / SSC: 1000/1100 = 90.91% × 17% = 15.4545; FSc / HSSC: 990/1100 = 90% × 50% = 45; Admission test: 60/100 = 60% × 33% = 19.8. Aggregate = 80.2545%.
