Sources and checks
We only use official sources: the institution’s own website, prospectus or notification, PMDC, UHS, KMU, IBCC or the provincial admissions body. News reports help us find a notice but are never the source of a number. Each record carries the admission year it applies to and the date we last read the source.
A scheduled job re-reads every source each week and flags any page whose content changed, so an editor can check it before the next admission cycle. Found a mistake? Email hello@danixsoft.com with the official link.

What we could not verify
These are left out of the calculators until an official source is published.
- UHS does not publish a single closing-merit table; closing values here are the lowest aggregate per college/category in the official final (MBBS 13th) / latest (BDS 13th) 2025-26 selection lists and the 2024-25 17th MBBS / 10th BDS open-merit lists. Earlier upgraded-away candidates are excluded, as in an official closing figure.
- UHS 2024-25 BDS 10th list: Fatima Jinnah Institute of Dental Sciences had no PDF in that list (only DCD, Di-PMC, NID).
- MDCAT 2026 result date not found in PM&DC documents read.
- Hafiz-e-Quran: no bonus in UHS 2026-27, KMU 2025-26 or Sindh 2026-27 merit sections read.
- KMU: 2026-27 KP admission policy not found; KMU public-college closing merits not obtained (KMU merit page lists PDFs; final open-merit MBBS PDF returned 404).
- Sindh: no official closing merits collected (university-wise lists on JSMU/DUHS/LUMHS sites not parsed). Sindh 2026-27 admission dates not extracted.
- Balochistan (BUMHS): no 2026-27 prospectus/merit criteria or closing merits found on bumhs.edu.pk pages read; balochistan-mbbs relies on PM&DC regulation only.
- Federal (SZABMU): own prospectus formula not read; federal-mbbs relies on PM&DC regulation only. No SZABMU closing merits collected.
- NUMS: no official NUMS aggregate formula found; nums-mbbs omitted (PM&DC Regs 2026 reg. 6(2): NUMS runs its own admission test for Armed Forces colleges).
- NUST: nust.edu.pk, ugadmissions.nust.edu.pk and school subdomains return a Cloudflare JS challenge (HTTP 403) to WebFetch/curl; Wayback Machine was offline. Weights and NET-2027 dates taken from the search index of official pages — re-verify in a real browser.
- NUST closing merits: NUST publishes 'Closing Merit Positions' (ranks, e.g. ugadmissions.nust.edu.pk/result/closingmerit.aspx) not aggregate %, and the page was unreachable; no rows recorded.
- FAST-NUCES: no official program-wise closing aggregates found on nu.edu.pk ('Merit cut-off marks to be determined by the University'). Fall 2027 schedule not yet published.
- COMSATS: closing merits recorded only for Lahore (Fall 2026, 2nd list) and Islamabad (Spring 2025 final). Islamabad Fall 2025/Fall 2026 and Spring 2026 closing-merit PDFs (same ww2 naming pattern) returned 404; other campuses not checked. Spring 2027 key dates not published.
- COMSATS: the 2020 merit-formula notification PDF was read but its exact hosted URL was not recorded; the calculator page is the primary source.
- GIKI: no official closing merits; admission test total marks not stated on criteria page; 2027 dates not announced.
- PIEAS: publishes merit numbers/lists, not closing aggregates; no closing rows. 2027 schedule not announced.
- LUMS: no numeric formula or closing merits (holistic).
- UET Lahore: ECAT-I (first ECAT, Fall 2026) dates are not shown on ecat.uet.edu.pk any more (only ECAT-II); ECAT-I statistics PDF exists at ecat.uet.edu.pk/statsECATFirst.pdf.
- UET Lahore: Merit Lists No. 5 and 6 (Fall 2026) not found on the downloads page.
- UET Lahore: no single final closing-merit document; rows given are Merit List No. 1 minimums and the 08 Sep 2026 leftover-seat closing merit.
- UET Peshawar: no closing-merit / last-admitted aggregate lists found on uetpeshawar.edu.pk (prospectus 2026-27 and directorate of UG studies pages checked); merit lists are said to be displayed on campus notice boards.
- UET Peshawar: 2026-27 / 2027 ETEA test and admission dates not found on uetpeshawar.edu.pk.
- NED: no per-discipline closing merit published; call lists (Merit_Main.htm per category) list candidates, and discipline is picked at interview, so closing merits cannot be read off.
- NED: prospectus 2026 (157 MB) text not extractable, so Chapter-4 rules (completed-HSC candidates, Hafiz marks) not verified.
- MUET Jamshoro: admissions.muet.edu.pk and muet.edu.pk return HTTP 403 to automated fetches; the old policy host asa.muet.edu.pk no longer resolves. No official 2026-27 formula, closing merits or timeline could be read; formula omitted. Check https://admissions.muet.edu.pk/?p=1040 ('Detailed Admission Advertisement 2026-27') manually in a browser.
- IBCC: no official rule found for using AS-level / predicted grades when the A-level result is incomplete. IBCC only states that provisional equivalence is issued on the Statement of Results (valid 6 months).
- IBCC: total for the new Feb-2026 HSSC method (8 subjects) is not stated in the notification.
